Lung cancer is among the most prevalent cancers and primary cause of cancer-related mortality. Despite advances in treatment, patients often have a poor prognosis, with limited survival period, particularly advanced stages. Significant morbidity linked lung cancer, symptoms are frequently inadequately controlled, resulting considerable symptom burden for their family caregivers. It typically accompanied by an overall reduction one’s quality life (QoL). Palliative care established therapy paradigm that successfully enhances management physical mental health. can be initiated as soon patient develops (even early stage) or diagnosed late stage. Over past few decades, palliative has become vital part comprehensive people, especially those diseases. Early (EPC) integration within oncology setting more effective than standard enhancing patient’s QoL length survival, less intrusive end-of-life care. When caring patients, medical practitioners must remember duty to cure occasionally, routinely alleviate, constantly comfort patient. Treating symptoms, illness comprehension, coping, psychological spiritual anguish all components. Intervention strategies multidisciplinary teams concentrating on dealing circumstances essential. All health providers should prioritize enhance assist families navigating final period life.
